About the role
As a Commercial Manager at Planture, you will be given the opportunity to do business worldwide at the Office HQ near the Amstel River in Amsterdam. You will be in charge of making deals with suppliers and customers in the market. Your responsibility-package is therefore varied and truly what you make of it. Do you have an interest in plant-based ingredients, different cultures and doing business in every corner of the world?
Main responsibilities
- Making deals in the world of physical ingredients
- Working with various cultures
- Arranging transport together with the Logistics Manager
- Creating your own customer base and P&L
- Travel around the world to expand the network
- Think in possibilities and a Can-Do mentality

Requirements
- Outgoing, open, adventurous
- Bachelor and or Master education
- Previous experience with trade, commercial activities, distribution
- Self-steering, responsible individual
- Fluent in English and preferably also Dutch, any other language also beneficial
- Hands-on and proactive
- Enjoy dynamic work environments
- Attention to detail and not afraid to speak your mind
- You are commercially driven
